12. Local Files And Outputs
Review where local evidence is stored and which files are safe to share after sanitization.
Local evidence folders
EPM Vitals keeps project evidence locally. Exact folders may vary by installation and package, but the main concepts are:

| Application Library | Stores initialized Application Profiles. |
| Template Library | Stores reusable configuration templates. |
| Run Folder | Stores inputs, outputs, summaries, and logs for a specific run. |
| Result Workbook | Excel workbook generated by validation, conversion, comparison, snapshot reading, or readiness modules. |
| Generated Config | Draft or generated config created by Configure Wizard or readiness workflows. |
| Session Inputs | Local cached or copied input files used during a session. |
Files that may be safe for support
Files that may be appropriate for support after review:
- Sanitized sample files.
- Error screenshots.
- Non-sensitive run summaries.
- Sanitized config workbooks.
- Minimal reproducible examples.
Files not to send
Files that should not be sent to support:
- Production application snapshots.
- Real financial data.
- Real employee or customer information.
- Confidential account structures.
- Sensitive business rules.
- Raw exports containing client-sensitive information.
